Thermostat

I have a 1996 Dodge Ram 2500 with a 5.9 V8 (gas) Vin Z engine. And I was looking to buy a new thermostat but it showed 3 different temps. 160, 180, and 195. Not sure which to buy, any suggestions? Thanks a lot!

Most all V8s require a 195 degree thermostat to allow the engine to run at optimal efficiency
