Default Wiring from under the hood to cab

I am wondering on how to get a wire from my fuse box which is under the hood to inside the cab. I am installing interior lights to my truck and I need to add an Add-A-Circuit to my fuse box. Do I just drill a hole in the grommet? Where exactly is the grommet in the cab and under the hood?

On chevys it is in front of the driver side and you should be able to sneak a wire or two in next to it
