WORHTLESS TRUCK??

okay, so i kind of inherited a 2004 dodge 1500 2wd 3.7 V6, and im just wondering if there is anything i can do to make this truck a little snazzier...i know nothing about 2wd trucks, so if anyone has a truck like this, or anyone has any ideas about what i could do to increase the performance in this truck let me know! i appreciate it. thanks.
