1993 ram d250 brake problems.
 

I have a 93 d250 diesel. had a loud noise in the front end when i hit bumps. my calipers are bending the retainers and hiting the rims and rotor hub. replaced keeprs four or five times already. after driving for a short time it starts again and gets worse. no idea what is wrong or to do to fix the problem.

have you replaced the calipers? How about the spindle? these could be worn and not allowing the retainers to stay in.

There might be dust in the drums, or may be brake shoes has been distorted or broken or sutured lining. The noise your are hearing may be a bad wheel bearing. Kindly check out these things for better result.

Sounds like you are describing bad wheel bearings, I wouldn't drive it anymore till you check it out, hard saying what damage has been done :(

Kindly check to see your brake fluid, if it is low, then feel it to the mark on the side of reservoir.

Kindly check the caliper, check whether it is frozen or worn, if then needs to be replaced. Kindly check out Shocks and springs which can cause noise when braking if they are broken or loose.

Check the housing and the lines that connect the booster with the steering power system for signs of wear and damage.

When it comes to problems like that, it is always better to let a TRUSTED professinal to take a look at it. It really could be anything, and remember the only thing linking u to the road r your wheels, don't chance it
