help with a 5.2L 318 please!!!

i just got a 94 grand Cherokee with a 3 1/2 in rough country lift kit on 30x9.50 maxis bighorns cold air intake, and a 99 interior swap. i went through some water the other day nothing major, and the engine stalled.... i waited a few min then it started. i got about 15 feet and it stalled again. i tried to start it again then the engine locked up.... at first i though the starter but i took it off and tried to turn the crankshaft with no luck. 3 hours after i got towed to a friends house. i took the plugs out sprayed wd40 in the holes. about 15 min later with a socket and breaker bar i got the crank shaft loose i turned it back and tried to start it. it turned over 3-4 good times acted like it was going to start then locked up again. a few days later i went back and tried again i took the valve pan covers off and looked at the valves they looked fine. i didnt have any wd40 this time and no oil to put in the plug ports i took the drain plug out to get some oil, but to my surprise about a gallon of water came out before any oil did. i know it wasn't from the radiator because i looked at the fluid in there and it was orange and the water that came out of oil pan was clear like tap water. i have only had the jeep for a week and it ran fine, no hesitation, smoke, knocking or any thing at all ran really good. i don't have the money to get a new motor. also the seal on the front of the oil pan was bad (didn't know til now). i think that's where the water came from but im not sure. is there any thing i can do to get the motor unlocked and possibility running???

I don't think so... I think you've spun a bearing on your crank.
If you can rebuild your lower end? Get r Done.
Or seek out a good used engine

WOW...sounds like more than one issue going on here.
When an engine hydrolocks, you can bend rods....liquid cannot be compressed. That is what makes the engine "lock"
Kind of strange that you were able to restart and then it locked again. You shouldn't have needed oil in the cylinders for it to turn over later either, and water should have shot out of the plug holes.
This is one opf the dangers of these cold air intakes on these trucks...the water(even at low speeds and not deep) can be pulled into the engine.

Why there was water in the block is curious too...considering the setup, that water would have needed to be over 2 feet deep!

Pull the motor....I think you will find more than just the lower end bad.
