toolbox tonneau

I have a 20" crossover toolbox (a Delta gull-wing) and am needing advice on which toolbox tonneau to get for my 2007 GMC Sierra 1500 Classic, the Extang Express Toolbox tonneau cover (part no. 60945) or the Access Toolbox Edition Tonneau cover (part no. 62189). Both are soft, rollup covers. I do not use any stake holes in the bedrail, and the Extang model would mount on top of the bedrail, covering the stake pocket holes, and give me a little more room than the Access model which uses inside mount side rails which jut inwards, and might be subject to damage if I am careless when loading tree limbs or bags of leaves over the side....but the man in the Access video sounds so convincing about his product, I do not know which to choose.
Also, how should I seal between the bulkhead and the toolbox, as there is a 1/16" gap between them, except on each end where the gap is about 1/4" for the distance of 1 3/4" due to the main part of the toolbox being about 60" long and the distance between the bedrails 63 1/2"? Should I just go to a hardware store and get some type of a weatherstrip?
Thanks for any advice.

My cousin has a Access Toolbox Edition Tonneau cover. Even though it has a soft top cover. Its still durable enough to withstand sharp objects like screwdriver and cutter. Also its looks really good and very easy to uninstall if you need more room.

I do not know anythign about the two covers, but weatherstrip will probably be your best option
