Truck bed cargo rack
I want to build a cargo rack for the bed of my truck, I have it all planned out, the only thing I’m wondering is do I have to build it taller than the 3rd brake light, as long as you can see the brake light? Or does the 3rd brake light have to be visible from all angles.
What do you mean by rack. Is it also extenders like what I got https://www.ramsareus.com/sku/82215724.html? If this is the case then I didn't change the brake light. From what I know as long as the car at the back can see it then your good.
Go take a look at this. You will likely change you mind on what you want.

I recently purchased the MULTY headache rack for my Ford F250 Super Duty. I've got to say, I'm thoroughly impressed with this product. The installation was really easy and straightforward. There are a bunch of accessories including light brackets, bike mounts, and more. Check them out at www.multyrack.com !!!
The third brake light must be visible from behind the truck. It doesn’t have to be visible from all angles, but it should not be blocked when someone is looking at the back of your truck. If your cargo rack blocks the light, you might need to adjust its height or find another way to make the light visible, like adding an extra brake light to the rack. Check your local laws to be sure.
