2000 insturment cluster and won't start

2000 XLT with Tach

I changed out my instrment cluster and now the truck won't start. It's like the anti theft derrent system won't let it start. It acts like it not getting gas. How do I get the new cluster to by pass that and let the truck start.

Have you made sure that ALL fuses are still good? Did the Fuel Shut Off switch activate?
