2005 F150 FX4 quick connects
 

Hi, does anyone know how to remove the quick connects off the sending unit of a 05 F150?
There is no room to install the release tool used on the fuel filter if that's what it takes.
I need my truck back so any help would be much appreciated.

we were able to get them off using a pair of vice grips and a flat head screw driver just be careful not to damage them

Thanks for the help, I did pry them off but I thought there would have been a simple tool. I did pry out the tabs and then pried the connect from that side. Not the best but they did snap back on. Thanks again.

you are right there is a tool for getting them off. I didnt have it so we had to improvise
