Default 2011 f150 xlt extended 4x4 fuel economy

Destry Alan Foyte wants to know what do you think the best economy this truck will get. He has been getting 14-15 in town and 17 area on the highway. It has the 5.0 liter engine. He wanted the ecoboost but that didn't happen. Would the mileage be that much greater with a twin turbo v-6? Destry Alan Foyte thanks you for your input.
