Default How to adjust 302 valves

I have a 1978 F-150 302 with 2wd and a C4. I noticed recently that at idle and during acceleration I hear clicking or tappet noise. I know this truck has non-adjustable rocker arms, so how do I go about adjusting the valves? Any other ideas that might cause this sound? Any help would be much appreciated

Thanks
