I have been driving my truck for a week after i fixed the fan problem and my truck is smoking a lot i get a strong gas smell i can tell its runnin rich and it only runs rough when im barely on the gas pedal after that it revs up and drives fine but with smoke i need help please!!!!!!!

 

Sounds like you have an injector stuck open, so when you hit the gas, it burns it just fine, but is overfueling when idling. Get some injector cleaner, and if that don't work, injectors can get pricey, so see if you can find used ones first.
