I've got a 2004 F650 that will crank but will not start. I've tried to bring up error codes but cannot communicate with ECM with scanner. I've checked the fuel pressure at the fuel filter housing with a manual gauge but it showed no pressure. I replaced the mechanical fuel pump that piggy backs on power steering pump. That didn't help with the problem. Does anyone have any information that might help.
