Default 1986 F-350 New To Me....

I recently bought this F-350 to haul wood and sawdust from the local sawmill (It has a dump bed on it....). It seems to run fine - except for an exhaust leak. It also has the AC still installed, but it does not work - the belts have even been removed.

It has a 351M with the "Air in Manifold" system. The truck has close to 200,000 miles.

Is there a good way to remove the AIM and plug the manifold? What all can I get rid of in the engine compartment? I just want a nice, clean, engine that runs, I don't need extras.....

You can get pipe thread plugs to plug the holes when you remove the pipes from the manifolds......However, it is illegal to remove emission equipment from an engine, especially if the place you live still requires emission testing
