1986 F-350 no power

1986 F-350 no power
I was in the process of testing the tacometer and now have no power whatsoever. I have checked the fuses under driver's side and still no power. Anybody have any ideas on what I have done? I currently have instrument panel pulled off and disconnected. Any ideas?
