My truck keeps dying out for no reason and can happen at anytime. Had it in the shop, replaced distributor, cap, rotor, plug wires, spark plugs, modulator, coil, fuel filter. What can cause this? No one seems to have an answer.
Thanks, Keith

When it dies, is it difficult to start?
Do you need to pump the throttle to incurrage it to start?
Is it some what predictable that it is going to die?

No warning at all the truck just shuts off, so I pull off the road put in in park and it starts right back up. Took it to AutoZone today to get it checked but they didn't have the correct tester said I need to go to Auto shop. Geez where are all the backyard mechanics when you need one.

Have you tried checking the fuel injector?
