6.0L Running Rough in the morning

I have an 06 f250, after sitting overnight when i start the motor it idles very roughly, almost seems its being starved of fuel. When i start to drive it is very hesitant and slow to accelerate. As soon as the motor warms up it runs like new. Can sit about 6-7 hours without having problems but anywhere over about 8 hours sitting i run into this problem... I have been told this is my clogged fuel filters and/or injectors... Any advice is good advice??

I have an 06 and it does the same thing. All 6.0 do it in the morning when they start getting up there in the miles. It caused by the engine dumping tons of fuel in the cylinders and that fuel hitting the cold pistons. Also from the rings not seating right in the cylinders. I just let the truck run for about 10 minutes in the morning and that seems to be long enough for it to run right when you get in the truck

The rough cold start and rough running cold has not much to do with mileage, or tons of fuel dumped in to the cylinder, or the piston rings.
It is a beginning of injector related issues, and usually the latest PCM/FICM flash at the dealer takes care of it. It's called heat flash, and since your truck is an 06 and you probably under 100k miles, it should be covered under warranty.
