Default '91 F250 Power?

I have a '91 F250 4x4, 460, E4OD, 85k miles set up for carrying a large Lance camper and towing an 4x4 vehicle. It's a great vehicle set up with slight lift, 34's on 16 1/2, three tanks (50+ gallons, etc.). I know that's a lot of weight; but; power really seems to be off at high rpm's...it seems to pull better in 3rd than 2nd.

Any thoughts on how to pull grades at more than 35 mph...? Also, anybody in San Diego know of a good shop to help with the problem?

Thanks

I do not live in the San diego area cannot help you with that. It sounds to me like the truck has too much weight

i live in carlsbad and orw in escondido or four wheel parts wharehouse in san marcos, that should be a bit of help but does sound like your carrying a bit more weight than you should.
