A.B.S. Pulsates & Power Steering Goes Out?

Hello! I just bought a 1999 F350 Superduty 7.3 Turbo 4X4Manual 6 SpeedCrew. When I picked it up the power steering was not working so the dealer put a new power steering unit on it. Drove it from AZ to IN had no problems (1600mi). Next day drove it & when you push down on the brake pedal when stopped the pedal pulsates (abs) & there is no power steering. When your driving it seems to be fine. When you turn a corner or low rpms it does the same thing. Pedal pulsates & no power steering. The belt is fine. This is kinda what it was doing at the dealership. They thought it was the power steering unit, but maybe not. Anybody have any ideas??? Does the brakes need bleed or is there air in the power steering unit? Please help Thanks Thomas

What did the issue turn out to be? I'm having the same problem right now.
