Can we replace our F350 6.0 with a Navistar 6.0??

We are replacing an engine in our F350 6.0 Diesel with a2003 Navistar 6.0 Liter Diesel Engine...should everything be OK to do that?

6.0 Navistar to powerstroke.. did you do this? What all has to be swapped to use one?
