Doors open,keys in,listening to music STOP DINGING!

How to stop the dinging when listening to music while cleaning the interior? 06 f250 diesel! Thanks for any help

snip the wire going to the dinger. it wont work any more but its worth it

Don't snip the wire. Just take the dinger wire off if you want to do that.
Theres no way to disable the dinger in that respect and keep the other dinger functions.

Or tape the sensor down or stick something in it.

Depending on the type of sensor.
