Have a 2004 F250 that the radio volume jumps up to max by itself repeatedly. Is there a fix or should radio be replaced?

 

Hey I have experienced this problem before with a 2002. With theses newer trucks with all the computer stuff in it sometimes gets confused and I know what I did was take the battery off for a few minutes put it back on and then reset the things like clock and all take it out for a drive and turn on your radio and see if it does it. If I were you go for a while of a drive and make sure of it. If this doesn't work I would recomend replacing the radio.
