Hard to Start
 

I have a 2008, 6.4 F-350 that is hard to start after windy rain storms. It seems as though something in the electrical system is getting damp. I have to plug in the block heater (even in 50 plus temps) for 30-60 minutes before it will start. Is anyone else having this problem?
