1989 f250 with tilt column

first of all sorry for the steering column issue i know they are a joy.

here is the issue my actuator rod snapped on the curved part. how do i replace this? i already have the steering wheel, first shroud ( with key and tumbler) removed.

also before it snapped i couldnt start the truck with the key and it wouldnt turn off the accesories when returning the key to lock .. however by grabbing onto the part of the actuator rod that is still attached with pliers i can start the truck and fully bring it back to OFF

is there anything else i am going to need to replace??
