Lift blocks for 03 f250SD
 

Hi Guy's,
I have an 03 f250SD 4x4 auto. The rear has always been a tad lower than the front (front has factory super duty leaf springs) and the rear is now getting a bit lower do to the tongue weight of haulingmy 7x18 enclosed landscape trailer around.
All I'd like to do is just raise the rear a bit. I don't need to increase weight capacity, so I thought 3"lift blocks would do the trick.
Is this OK??????????? Will it cause any problems..........
