Lifted F350 Rides Like a lumber wagon!!

First of all I am new to a truck of this size, I have a 04 F350 crew cab long bed 4X4 6.0 diesel, its lifted 10 inches and sits on 38X15.50X18 Toyo's. I bought this truck as is, so I'm not completely sure of what I have. Everyone that sees it tells me it was done right. I do know when lifting a SuperDuty you will loose the ride. But,,,,, does it have to be this bad?? The suspension it so stiff it feels like there is no give. The lift is all leaf spring, it has dual Bilstine gas shocks on the front and unknown shocks on the back. What I want to find out is there any way to soften it up without loosing lift or load capacity?

i think you may find this is about as good as the ride will be(it may improve as springs sag) but thats one of the down side of using heavily arched springs. you may be able to find some smoother riding springs to replace current ones.

I would say just get rid of the front springs completely i have a 05 4x4 with 8" lift coil in front and it rides smother than my buddies with a 4" on his 03 sd its not that costly also
