New to site: Converting to duallys.

Hey everyone, I'm Jeff and I just bought a 94' F350 1-Ton flatbed. It doesn't have duallys and was wondering what I would need to do to convert it over to duallys. It has the 351W engine and is an automatic 4WD. I want to convert to duallys because I will be hauling 4000-6000+lbs on the bed and do not want a tire blowout or any issues. Any input would be great. I can provide pictures if needed. Thanks!

Make sure the wrecking yard gives you the same gear ratio on that new axle and the wheels stay the same size. Other then that. I can't see any other problems other then the drive shaft and U joint matching

Any idea what gear ratio is in this truck? I'm guessing a 4.10 but not 100%.

I was told that this truck is setup for duallys though but I dont know if he was mistaken. The wheel hub in the rear sticks out pretty far from the tires so I don't know if he's right. This is my first truck. I've only owned Mustangs lol.

He could quite possible be right.... Get a set of dually rims and if the rear studs are long enough, they my bolt right on.
Two ways to find your gear ratio.
Take your VIN to your ldealership for them to run the number.
or pop open the diff and read the ratio number on the side of the gear.

Does Ford put axle codes in their glovebox like GM does? If so that's an easy way to tell
