Just wondering if anyone knows if a 1985 f250 6.9 will pass an echeck here in ohio. I just bought this truck and need to get plates for it.

 

Depends on the condition of the truck. If its leaking fuel all over and has a half busted windshield and no floor boards, no. If it's clean, and tight, then probably.

 

Yes it should pass. As I understand it, they input your trucks info. And based on that, your truck has to meet a certain emissions standard.
With a 2012 F250 the standard will be higher.

But as Danny said, if your truck is up for it.

My emissions testing guy use to let me take my truck for a 20 minute run up the highway to get it up to normal operating temperature before the test
