Older F250 7.3, 2011-2016 6.7 F250 or a 05-06 V8 Gas F250?

Older F250 7.3, 2011-2016 6.7 F250 or a 05-06 V8 Gas F250?
With the 7.3 and the 05-06 V8 F250 I will be able to do better lifts, tires and just more accessories. Or do I go for a newer one and less accessories??
