my step dad has a 97 350 diesel. started this morning but rpms where alomst surging and then it stalled. it has had new starter and batteries recently. the glow plugs have not worked in a while and wasent sure if the glow plug relay could cause it not to start at all. And when the key is turned it now does not have the "wait to start" light. Any help would be great dont really have the money to be fixing and the shop has no openings til friday.
