I just bought a 2001 F350 crew cab 7.3 diesel. It has a Western Diesel chip kit in it and there is a remote start. I am not sure if the remote start is a part of the kit or just added on later. But when I was looking at the truck before I bought it, the remote start worked. Now I have the truck home and we tried to do the remote start and it doesn't seem to kick on the fuel pump and then the truck starts for a split second and dies. I am not sure why it changed because it has only been four days since I saw it work. If anyone has any advice or direction I would really apprecaite it. -Chris
