Replacing 1999 F-250 Radio

Replacing 1999 F-250 Radio
I want to know if it is possible to pull my 1999 F-250 radio out of my truck and replace it with a newer 2005+ radio from an F-250. Will the harness be the same? Same Plug? Is the Din size the same? Has anyone ever tried this?
