want some advise, heres the story i woke up this morning and had a flat on one of my 49" super swampers, so i start looking a little closer and i start to notice small puncture marks and torn tread on all 4 tires, as i sit and wonder WTF, i can see theres a pattern, and i realize its from going over my girlfriends complex exit that has one of those spike rails thats suppose to fold down when exiting, well not with giant tires apparently,whats my recourse and how should i approach the complex with my damages?
