sideview mirror lamp replacement
 

i have a 2004 F250 with the extendable sideview mirrors having running lights and turn signal lights. the lights on the right side don't operate and i inspected the unit to see if there is a way to open it up to change the lamps and/or check the connections. it is pretty well sealed up with no obvious means to open it. is there a secret to it?
