2009 B4000 air cleaner removal

I would like to replace the factory headlight bulbs with brighter aftermarket products. This looked easy...... until I started to take out the air cleaner box.
Can't seem to get it loose from the 2 rubber grommets that attach to the inner fender. What do I do here?
