MPG

Hello all, I'm looking to buy a 2003 / 2008 Ranger, ext cab, 4 x 4, 6 cyl gas. Any idea what kind of MPG I would get with this?

My brother has 2003 Ranger XL 5 spd and he gets 30+ mpg for 2.3 liters going 65 mph for the entire tank...
