Truck won’t go in overdrive or reverse Mazda b2500 1998

My Mazda b2500 it’s a 1998 with 235000 won’t go if I don’t turn over drive off just revs same thing with reverse I can get revers to work if overdrive is off and I switch to drive before reverse anyone know anything?
