Okay so what the heck is GM's problem? They kicked out prototypes of the Camaro FOREVER ago now and have had PLENTY of time to perfect it and it still isn't out. Furthermore, on www.chevrolet.com you can see the pictures and info for the new Camaro but where it used to say that production was slated for 2009, it is now gone. Infact it actually says "Concept Camaro" on their site now. I don't know if they up and changed their mind or if possibly the lousy economy and Japanese market combined have kicked GM in the backside financially, but I'm ready to see this thing in person. Dodge is releasing the Challenger in March I believe(or was it may?) and is going to absolutely steal away the everyone's attention with that thing. Hopefully I'll get to see 09' Challengers and 09' Camaros battleing it out at the local dragstrip sometime in the next year!

 

Yeah I know whats up with that ****. I want one as soon as they come out. The Challenger is pretty nice and I cant wait to much longer for a new car to work on and I love to be one of the first in the after market to start fabricating and testing parts.

 

You thinking about trading your Saturn for one or you just gonna buy another car? Either way the pay your making building those factories you were talking about must be killer.

 

Well as soon as I go saying something about the Camaro delay, I see photos on a local forum someone snagged off another forum of some guys driving around one of the new Camaros testing it out in humid Florida conditions. So apparantly they haven't given it up on her yet. Also the guy who took the shots was forbidden to snag shots of the interior which tells me they were either hiding narcotics or it was a production car and it's supposed to be "under wraps". I can't wait till they hit the showroom my self.. i use to drive a 1991 rstill i traded it in for a truck.. and i miss it.. i wish i could have it back.. well i'm saving up for a new one.. hope it's soon
