Default 2000 chevy K2500 series window motor

I am trying to replace the window motor. I have the outer most portion (fabric with door handle) of door panelremoved, but can't figure how to remove the inner metal portion of the door panel so that I can get to the motor to replace it. This metal portion has 6 - 7 screws that I have removed. The motor is visible and connected to a mechanism that attaches it to the glass window. The motor is revited to the metal panel. Any suggestions? dmrobertson@aol.com

man, what a bitch...drill out those big rivets..you won't actually "remove" that meta;l wall..just have it flopping aroundthen have someone hold the glass up somewhat as you slide the regulator wheels out of their channels
