1994 Chevy 1500 troubles

Im having problems with the truck just falling on its face when I get on the gas. changed the O2 sensor and have taken off the egr valve to get a new one. any suggestions on what may be the problem?

probably a fuel pump or plugged exhaust..i'd get the fuel pressure checked
