5.3L Chevy Noise in Oil Pan Like a Belt Slipping

With all belts removed from my 2004 5.3L I have a noise like a slipping fan belt coming from the engine. Oil pressure is normal. 148,000 miles on the highway. Runs Mobil 1 synthetic with WIX filters.

Any ides?

you took the lower belt off as well??
