Default What is wrong with my turck?

For a few weeks, I drove around with a misfire. I finally took the time to get it hooked up on an OBD and it was a cylinder 1 misfire. Replaced plugs and wires. That didn't correct the issue. So, I swapped out the cylinder 1 injector, as advised by my searches online. Everything seemed fine, but now I am hearing a weird whine, think of an air mattress with a pinhole leak. It's not a belt. It's not the alternator. It sounds like it is originating from the firewall end of the motor. It also tends to disappear when the motor is hot. Oh...since noticing this whine, the truck has also developed a hard start where I have to crank a good 30 seconds or so, and sometimes pump the gas, to get it to fire up.

Any ideas?
