'94 1500 runs rough?

My truck started running really rough today. The entire truck vibrates whenever I accelerate. It also sounds almost like a diesel now.

The exhaust rusted throughbefore the cat.about 2 years ago. I'm afraid that the issue may be related to that, but I'm no mechanic.

Otherwise, the truck ran pretty well before to have 235,000 miles on it.Ive been planning on turning it intoa project truck but was waiting til I get out of college. Needless to say, this ismy daily driver, and I'm a college student on a budget,so I would love it if it was a cheap fix, but I some how doubt thats the case.


If anyone has any suggestions I would really appreciate it.
