hey guys got a quick ? that may save me some trouble..will a 5 speed out of a 98 chevy x cab 2x4 with a v8 bolt up and work with same shifter and no probs in my 89 gmc shortwide reg cab 350? im sure it will jus didnt know since the 98 is a vortech...thanks

 

hmmm... do it fit the 98 chevy? I guess the fitting will be the problem. If the 98 fits on it then it should work.
