Default Air Intake & Exhaust

Just recently purchased a 1996 Tahoe with the Vortec 350 in it. I want to put a K&N intake on it but all the pics from their site don't look like it would fit. My stock system has 3 or 4 sensors in it and the K&N doesn't have any. Does anyone know of a intake that will work with the Vortec 350? Also was going to buy headers and take off the 2 stock cats and replace with a single high-flow cat, and flowmaster cat-back system. Anyone know if I remove both cats and install both O2sensors after the cat if it will work? I would greatly appreciate any help! Thanks

Look on the K&N and Flowmaster website site. And ask their customer service center. Not all the pictures shown will be what you will actually be getting.
