Hey guys. I'm building up a 455 olds for my 1980 chevy half ton. We are putting in an edelbrock timing chain and sprockets, edelbrock cam, edelbrock intake and 750CFM carb, and a high volume oil pump which make up the biggest parts. I was just wondering what kind of horsepower and torque I should expect, and whether I should expect my transmission and rearend to hold up. My transmission is a regular 3-speed although, I'd prefer to have one with overdrive and rearend is low speed (not exactly sure of the ratio.)
