electric brake controller

I just bought a 2006 2500 hd crew cab diesel. I had my controller hooked up to my 2003 1500 4.8l ext cab with the proper plug in down by the emergency brake. My question is, does it plug in to the same place on the 06, or is it a completely different plug and location? Thanks
