My 2014 Chev Silverado 5.3 electric fan runs none stop.Turns off when the ignition is off. It’s -40 here this morning and the electric fan come on full about 2 seconds after starting and stay on. I scanned for codes no codes. Disconnected battery for 2 mins checked relay and fuses all good. It just started happening after a big snowstorm we got here. Any help would be appreciated
