Engine swaps

Hey guys, I have an 86 C10 Scottsdale with a locked up V8 305. I also have a 95 GMC 1500 W/V6 Vortech with a cracked flywheel. Can I swap the engines,tranny's, or any other parts? Both engines are carburated. The GMC is wrecked badly on one side, so the body is crap. Any help is greatly appreciated.
