Heater water control valve location?

i drive a 94 c1500 Cali edition. any one know where the heater water control valve is located at? everyone i talk to doesn't know where it is. i cant find it in any auto repair systems or manuals. Chevy says it is somewhere on the intake manifold. and that doesn't help, so I'm out of ideas. if anyone does know, can you take a picture so i know what I'm looking for? thank you

RE: Heater water control valve location?

Only thing I can think of is the thermostat - its right on top of the intake , in front.Has a big black hose connected to it. It(thermostat)is open (hot) or it isn't (cold).
